Hi I am Stef, I am based in Brighton on the south coast of England. I am a native Brightonian (Hovarian actually) although I have gone away and come back again. I have been in the creative industries for the last 5 years as during covid I decided to scratch an itch and move away from a sucessful career in data to initially acting. During my time acting I got into filming self tapes and eventually wrote, cast, directed and starred in a short film. Incidentally I also wrote a novel. This of course led to me learning an awful lot about cameras, lights, set design, costume, shot lists, editing and all the rest. That led me to a love of the moving and the still image followed with an appreciation for event, fashion, beauty and now specialising in Boudoir and Portrait photography. I have put a bunch of Self Portraits below as a lot of the time I do my initial experimentation on myself. p.s. sorry about mostly miserable images below, I was being arty or concentrating or occassionally I wasn't massively happy. I will try and improve the happy/sad ratio this year.
