That's what its all about right? Making you look and feel how you want. Whether thats with kandid portraits or liberating boudoir. The old saying is "the clothes maketh the man." kind of, its more like maketh anyone and its not just clothes its the whole ensemble and how its presented. How you look can possibly make others and more importantly yourself feel how you want to. Now because you get to take away expert proof of that look in the form of wall art, prints, video or digital images, anytime you want you can remind yourself that you looked pretty damn good, looked absolutely like a professional or even looked like a gothic space demon fresh from conquering the universe. Look and feel how you want to.
The word empowered always reminds me of the group m-people (showing my age, 90s house band, google it) and the song movin on up. Which I think is appropriate, makes a good theme tune for the portrait and especially boudoir experience. Lets imagine, you have the shoot, get a beautiful piece of art and then every morning when you wake up and there is the hottest version of you on the wall and in your head Heather Small is singing away. Now that is an empowered way to be.Caveat: If you are not a fan of m-people it might have a very different effect but probably best you choose your own theme tune in that case.
MODEL PORTRAIT SESSIONS - I have done both paid and collaborative model shoots. Either way a modelling shoot frequently allows two professionals to play with ideas and looks which enhance the model's portfolio.
ACTOR PORTRAIT SESSIONS - I offer actor headshots to be used with spotlight, but ideally in a session I go beyond that and try and bring out some of the emotions that actors need to display in their work, in our portrait session. This could be enough to be differentiated from a million other actors headshots as casting diresctors look through their portfolio.
EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY - Editorial shoots have included the 2025 Brighton Pride parade, the Brighton Mod weekender and the loxwood joust. These kind of shoots offer an opportunity to capture key moments. Some dramatic, some exciting, some exhilerating, some funny. I aim to capture a whole range of emotions that together come to represent an event.
I have been keeping a secret from you. As you can see I produce great images that can be turned into great physical and digital art, but even better than that these images can and all the ones on this page are actually stills from very high quality video. Now why would you want that? Because by capturing stills you can achieve a less posed look. Its more kandid, its more natural, and that in the end is more beautiful. It truly represents the real you. A real you we have worked together to show in your absolute best light (sometimes literally). Better than that because there is a video taken, you can purchase a beautifully edited video, with all its enormous utility and reach.

During initial contact we sketch out what you are looking for from your experience. If happy to proceed you book a date, this requires a small holding deposit.
I then work further designing the experience to meet your expectations. This gives a much clearer picture of how the session will actually go. This will initially involve a mood board or even a treatment, then depending on your desired level of involvement we work out further details including location, set design, costume and wardrobe.
I then firm that up into a schedule and shot list for the actual session.
At this point you pay the remaining deposit, confirming date and time and anything you need to bring and that I need to provide.
I send out a reminder a few days before the shoot to confirm attendence. You pay the balance for the shoot.
The day of the shoot arrives and I will have prepared the location. We will prepare you for shooting, possibly with an optional make-up artist for an additional fee.
The pre planning means you can relax and we can focus on getting the shots that you are looking for. We may also add extra shots as its easier to see in person what poses or light might suit better.
The shoot should feel like a focussed pampered experience, imagine a spa day but with cameras, posing, makeup, costume and props.
After the shoot I will be in touch within a week with either a basic graded video or similar basic graded set of images. You decide what and how many you want and I then I will create the final edits. You then decide the final requirements which may include physical as well as digital deliverables.
I will then deliver them to you, within a week for digital and as soon as possible for the physical items.
So what are the prices? I like to keep this simple. So Booking fee deposit is £75 with the remaining booking fee of £75. Then it will be a maximum 3 hour shoot after which you can choose what you want 5 edited images = £350, 10 edited images = £550, 15 edited images = £650, 20 edited images = £750 and 50 edited images = £1000. Additionally I will provide a maximum 10 minute edited video at 1080p which will include BTS to help you remember the day.
